1996 was the year I took the leap of faith to follow my heart and desires to become successful in the business world.

HR Director

Began my civilian career as a HR Director for a Healthcare company. Here I was exposed to hiring, personnel management, laws, finance, payroll and working with board members.

Building A Business

In 1997, I was given the opportunity of a lifetime. I was recruited to be part of a startup recruiting & consulting company that we grew from $0 to over $60MM in annual sales.

Building My Own Business

I stepped out on faith again and started my first business. My small team and I were able to build one of the fastest growing training organizations focusing on workforce development, coaching and technology.
2007

Small Business Partnership

Partnered with local retired NFL Veteran Mike Minter on Coaching/Consulting Small Business Project sponsored by Wachovia Bank to help small businesses become performance driven, profitable and eligible for small business loans.
2009

Vertex Coaching System

Conducting research, utilizing past performance of coaching programs that were part of the Wachovia Project, we were able to create the Vertex Coaching System
2017

Expanding Team

In 2017 we started to expand our team recruiting executives with the same passion. We were able to add 3 powerful executives. We are now partnering with businesses and clients around the US providing the Vertex System and getting results.
